Conrad Shipyard is a leader in shipbuilding in the gulf coast of Louisiana. As an initiative, Conrad set out to improve their project management program with special attention to planning and scheduling. Since 2022 CoWaves has supported Conrad in a number of ways. We have held a training for their project management team, assisted in the integration of Primavera P6 at their facility for government projects, assisted in the efficiency evaluation of a major project, and lead a lessons learned with their team. As an ongoing partnership, we are currently assisting with the development of a full planning and scheduling program.

Thomas and Renee have been integral to the ongoing success of the partnership between Conrad Shipyard and CoWaves. They work collaboratively with the Conrad team to realize Conrad’s vision for an effective project management program and efficient planning and scheduling processes. Both Thomas and Renee understand how important it is to be ready for any challenge when partnering with a company for the long term.
