Since 2022, CoWaves has supported this effort by training the project management team, integrating Primavera P6 for government-regulated projects, evaluating the efficiency of a major project, and leading a lessons learned review. The collaboration continues as CoWaves assists in developing a comprehensive planning and scheduling program across the organization.
